Few Toastmaster clubs do as good a job of mentoring newcomers as First Oakville Toastmasters. Why? Because a few years back we noticed that some of the new members were struggling to get the most out of their Toastmaster experience. The issue was brought to the club executive and the mentoring program was given a higher profile.
